Daniel Sturridge: Former Liverpool striker faces ban from games in Turkey if FA wins appeal

Daniel Sturridge could face a ban when the FA is powerful with a charm within his sanctions for breaking rules from playing with a number of matches.
Sturridge was granted a #75,000 fine and a two-week ban in July – a decision that the FA felt was overly lenient – .
It found that the former England international had taught Leon his brother, to put bets on a possible transfer being made by him to Sevilla, which amounted to insider details.
But eight of 11 charges brought against Sturridge were dismissed and a statement issued from the FA at the time the body“respectfully disagrees with the regulatory commission’s findings“
Sky Sports News has been told if the FA’s appeal is successful, and if there is a harsher sporting sanction imposed which comprises a more playing ban, English football’s governing body may search for that to be enforced in Turkey.
In the event the FA’s request was announced by the Turkish authorities that would mean that Sturridge – who made his debut about Sunday for Trabzonspor – could then be forced to sit out any games for his team.
The 30-year-old signed Trabzonspor at August on a three-year contract and arrived off the bench for his debut in Sunday’s 2-2 draw.
Until today no soccer has been overlooked by Sturridge before the season started since the inaugural ban died.
